Shipping Information

  • Coverage: Nationwide delivery across South Africa.
  • Timeline: Orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days around Gauteng, and 3 to 7 business days for other provinces.
  • Cost: A flat rate of R99 applies to all orders.

Refund Policy

  • Faulty Sales: Refunds are applied for faulty sales from Imobideals.
  • User Issues: If by any means the device is found to be in good working condition and user simplely has a problem with the device, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Imobideals and may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Eligibility: iPhone returns are accepted only for documented software issues.
  • Physical Damage: Returns are strictly prohibited if the device has cracks, scratches, or any physical damage. Any physical damage voids the return policy immediately.
  • Return Shipping: All returns are at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning a device.

Timeframes & Reporting

  • 24-Hour Reporting: You must report any software issues within 24 hours of receiving your device.
  • Return Window: Once the issue is acknowledged, the device must be returned to us within 20 business days.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
