1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Imobideals website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Imobideals reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

Imobideals sells premium pre-owned and brand new iPhones and Apple devices. All pre-owned devices are thoroughly tested and certified for quality and functionality before being listed for sale. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, though minor variations may occur. Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices on the Imobideals website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
  • Instant EFT
  • Bank transfer

Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched. Imobideals does not store your payment card details. All transaction data is handled securely by Paystack in accordance with industry standards.

5. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Imobideals reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All deliveries within South Africa are handled by The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Imobideals is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Device Condition

Pre-owned devices are graded based on their cosmetic and functional condition. Grades include:

  • Like New: Minimal to no signs of use, fully functional.
  • Good: Minor cosmetic wear, fully functional.

All pre-owned devices are tested to ensure 100% functionality including screen, battery health, cameras, speakers, microphone, and connectivity features.

9. Privacy Policy

Imobideals respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect personal data (name, delivery address, contact information) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve our services. These tools may collect anonymised data such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and geographic location. This data is used for analytical purposes only and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except as required to process your order (e.g., sharing your delivery address with The Courier Guy).

Imobideals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
